How do I order?
RayneHolt.com is not just a jewellery shop. When you order from RayneHolt.com, your jewellery is handmade to order and to your exact specifications - whether this is one of Rayne's previous designs in a different colour/size/material, or a completely unique, one off design. For this reason rather than use a website with a shopping basket we ask that you place your order by email, so that Rayne can be sure to match your expectations perfectly.
What happens after I place my order?
After Rayne has received your initial email, she will respond with any questions she might have about your design. To help identify exactly what you are looking for, she may send pictures or sketches of similar designs and/or materials. She may also ask for pictures of, for example, the outfit that you are purchasing the jewellery for. All this will help her to ensure the piece she designs is exactly what you are looking for.
Having completed the inital design stages, Rayne will give you a quote and timescale for producing your finished piece. Depending on the complexity of the piece, this could range from a few days to a couple of weeks, but if you have a particular event in mind for your jewellery, she will do everything she can to ensure you receive your jewellery in time for this. Once you have approved the quote and timescales, your jewellery will be handmade to order to your specific design.
How expensive is Rayne's jewellery?
All jewellery made by Rayne is very competitively priced compared to the high street, and in particular compared with other custom jewellery designers. Although hand made, custom jewellery will generally cost more than a mass produced item, you have the added benefit of knowing that your jewellery will be unique to you, exactly what you are looking for, and made out of quality materials including sterling silver and gold. Rayne will always work within your budget, and pieces can be made from as little as £10. See the gallery for some guideline prices for previous work.
How do I pay for my jewellery?
At present payment forms accepted include Paypal, cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer. Debit and credit cards can be used via Paypal. Once you have approved your quote Rayne will provide payment options to suit you - for higher value and uniquely designed items this will include a deposit payable before work begins on your jewellery.
What if I am not happy with my jewellery?
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your jewellery, but in the unlikely event that you are not, Rayne will offer a full refund or exchange providing that you let her know your concerns within a reasonable timescale. |
